Welcome to JewishStatus.org. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
JewishStatus.org provides Jewish Status verification and certification services through document review and Rabbinical evaluation. We are not a governmental authority, and our certification is based on religious and community standards, not legal mandates.
2. Fees & Payments
All services require payment of a non-refundable service fee. This fee covers the time and resources involved in the review and verification process, regardless of the final outcome.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Submitting an application does not guarantee certification. All decisions regarding Jewish Status are made at the sole discretion of our Rabbinic Counsel based on the materials available.
4. DNA Testing Disclaimer
JewishStatus.org does not directly perform or offer DNA testing services as part of its Jewish Status verification process.
In some cases, clients may choose to explore mitochondrial DNA testing, which traces maternal lineage. Please note that this is a separate and independent service offered by third-party organizations, not by JewishStatus.org.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information and documents submitted are handled with strict confidentiality.
JewishStatus.org uses JotForm to collect and process information provided by users. Please note that JotForm is an independent, third-party service. The collection, use, and storage of your data are governed by JotForm’s own Privacy Policy.
